Project Guidelines

Design Investment

A non-refundable design fee is required to begin the project. This covers initial concept and up to two (2) rounds of refinements. Significant changes in creative direction after the first draft may incur additional design fees. Fill out the Project form for an estimate.
Order Minimums

Signature Label Collections require a minimum order of 25 bags of the same coffee region, 1 bag color and 1 custom label design.
Lead Times

Please allow 5-8 business days for the design phase. Once design is approved, we will determine a delivery date based on event date and quantity.
Asset Requirements

Clients must provide high-resolution logos (SVG, AI, or high-res PNG) and any specific brand guidelines or imagery at the start of the project. If assets are not available, a redraw fee will be added.
Coffee Selecion

Choose from single region coffee beans.
Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated upon project completion based on weight and destination. Local pickup/delivery options are available for clients in the Winston-Salem/Triad area.
